PRESIDENT RULE IN MAHARASHTRA ON 28 MAY 2020


President Rule will be imposed in Maharashtra on 28 May 2020 Midnight, after the Shiv Sena Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray Resigns, fails to become either the MLA OR the MLC within 6 months of being in the Council of Ministers, since 28 November 2019.


The India Constitution Stipulates that anyone who is Not an MLA OR MLC, If inducted into the Council of Ministers in any State, must within 6 months through a By-Election Or a Regular Election, become an MLA or an MLC.


UDDHAV THACKERAY BETRAYED MAHARASHTRA VOTERS


Shiv Sena Chief Uddhav Thackeray treacherously betrayed the Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the BJP Voters and Karyakartas, the Shiv Sena Voters and Karyakartas, and the Maharashtra Voters who Voted for the BJP Chief Minister Led BJP-Shiv Sena Alliance to be in the Government.

Siv Sena Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray must become an MLA OR MLC by 28 May 2020, to continue as the Chief Minister.


There are NO By-Elections for any MLA Seat OR MLC Seat in Maharashtra before 28 May 2020.

MAHARASHTRA GOVERNOR HAS TWO OPTIONS


The Maharashtra Governor has Two Options.


The Maharashtra Governor can Swear-In anyone in Maharashtra as the Chief Minister.


The Maharashtra Governor can advise the India Government to Impose the President Rule, until the China Virus Crisis is Completed.


The Maharashtra Governor can State that there will be No Swearing-In Ceremony of any Chief Minister OR Ministers till the Entire Period of the China Virus Crisis is Vaporised.


The Government of India can impose President Rule in Maharashtra on 28 May 2020 Midnight.


President Rule will continue for 6 Months until 28 November 2020.


NEW CHIEF MINISTER AFTER LIFT OF PRESIDENT RULE


President Rule will Not be Lifted in Maharashtra, till after the China Virus Scenario Vaporises Completely, with NO New Cases of Virus Affected Persons happening.


The New Chief Minister of Maharashtra, who has the Majority in the 288 MLAs Assembly must be Sworn-In as the Chief Minister, IF the President Rule has to be Lifted.


UDDHAV THACKERAY OPTIONS AFTER PRESIDENT RULE


The Shiv Sena Chief Uddhav Thackeray has Three Options, after the President Rule is imposed in Maharashtra.


The Shiv Sena Chief Uddhav Thackeray can continue to be in the Post-Poll Alliance of the Shiv Sena-NCP-INC OR Break the Alliance.


The Shiv Sena Chief Uddhav Thackeray can Once Again Join the Prime Minister Narendra Modi Led BJP Pivoted BJP-Shiv Sena Alliance, after Negotiating the Terms of Cabinet Formation with the BJP National Leadership.


The Shiv Sena Chief Uddhav Thackeray can Dissolve the Assembly to Order the Fresh Elections to the Maharashtra Assembly.


UDDHAV THACKERAY WANTS TO BE NOMINATED MLC


The Shiv Sena Chief Uddhav Thackeray has got the Maharashtra Cabinet to Recommend on Thursday 9 April 2020, to the Governor to Nominate Uddhav Thackeray as the Nominated MLC from the Governor's Quota of Nominated MLCs.


The Shiv Sena Chief Uddhav Thackeray did Not attend the Maharashtra Cabinet Meeting which recommended to the Governor to give the Nominated MLC Post to the Shiv Sena Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray.


GOVERNOR CAN REFUSE TO NOMINATE UDDHAV AS MLC

The Governor can Nominate anyone in Maharashtra as the Nominated MLC, If the Cabinet Recommends the "Proper" Name.


Two Posts of Nominated MLCs under the Governor's Quota are Now Vacant in Maharashtra.


The Governor can exercise his Constitutional Discretion and Nominate Uddhav Thackeray as the Nominated MLC.


Shiv Sena Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray can continue to be the Chief Minister if the Governor Nominates Uddhav Thackeray as the Nominated MLC.


MAHARASHTRA GOVERNOR HAS DISCRETION TO PREVENT UDDHAV THACKERAY GETTING NOMINATED MLC


The Governor is empowered by the Constitution to Deny the Nominated MLC Post to the Shiv Sena Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray.


The Governor can exercise his Constitutional Discretion and Refuse to Nominate Uddhav Thackeray as the Nominated MLC.


The Governor can exercise his Constitutional Discretion and DELAY the Decision beyond 28 May 2020, to Nominate Uddhav Thackeray as the Nominated MLC.


The Governor by Delaying the Decision to Nominate the Shiv Sena Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray as the Nominated MLC, can cause the Resignation of the Shiv Sena Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray.


FINISHLINE


President Rule will be imposed in Maharashtra on 28 May 2020, if the Governor Refuses to Appoint the Shiv Sena Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray as the Nominated MLC, thus causing the Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray Resignation.
