SUPREME COURT WILL DELIVER AYODHYA VERDICT BY 13 NOVEMBER 2019
The Supreme Court is holding daily hearings on the title suit on the 70-year-old temple-mosque dispute in Ayodhya and has set an 18 October 2019 Deadline for the completion of the process of arguments by all sides of the Divide.
If the Supreme Court Judgment is not delivered before the Retirement of the Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi on 17 November 2019, then the entire process will have to be started afresh, as the Chief Justice is heading the 5 Judges Constitution Bench which will give the Verdict on the Ayodhya Matter.
The Supreme court has allowed the possibility of any mediation, before the Completion of the Arguments on 18 October 2019, though all the sides involved in the Court Arguments, have not intention of Outside-Court Settlement, as Consensus in impossible.
