KARNATAKA 24 JDS MLAs WILL JOIN BJP IN SEP 2019


Prime Minister Narendra Modi Electoral Breeze is blowing so strongly across Karnataka, that 24 of the 34 MLAs of the Janata Dal Secular Party are ready to join the Bharatiya Janata Party in September 2019.


The Breaking Away of the Two-Thirds of MLAs from any Party will Not Disqualify them as per the Anti-Defection Law


The 24 JDS MLAs who Break Away from the JDS to Join the BJP will continue as the MLAs.


The Prime Minister Narendra Modi Led BJP Strength in the 224 MLAs Karnataka Assembly, will Rise from 105 to 129 MLAs, after the 24 JDS MLAs Resign from the JDS and Join the BJP in September 2019.


NO ELECTIONS IN KARNATAKA TILL MAY 2023


There will be no scope for the Mid Term Assembly Elections in Karnataka after the 24 JDS MLAs Break Away from the JDS in September 2019 to Join the BJP.

The Sonia Family Owned INC and the Deve Gowda Family Owned JDS got their Speaker in the Assembly to Unconstitutionally Disqualify 17 MLAS, 13 from INC, 3 from the JDS and 1 Independent, though 16 of them had Resigned from the Assembly.


The INC Puppet Speaker, Unconstitutionally, instead of accepting the Voluntary Resignations of the 16 MLAs, brazenly disqualified them from the Assembly.


MODI CAPTURED KARNATAKA GOV IN JULY 2019


The Prime Minister Narendra Modi Led BJP with 105 MLAs in the Truncated Assembly of 207 MLAs, Captured the Karnataka Government on 26 July 2019.


The INC Speaker Resigned after the BJP Chief Minister B.S.Yeddyurappa was Endorsed as the Chief Minister by the Karnataka Assembly.


The BJP MLA is NOW the Speaker in the Assembly. 


The Prime Minister Narendra Modi Led BJP will continue to Govern Karnataka till the Assembly Elections in MAY 2023.


SUPREME COURT WILL CANCEL DISQUALIFY OF 17 MLAs


The Supreme Court will Decide on the Request of the 17 MLAs to Cancel the Disqualification done by the INC Speaker.


The Supreme Court will Cancel the INC Assembly Speaker’s Disqualification of the 17 MLAs, designating it as Unconstitutional.


The Supreme Court will Direct the Karnataka Assembly Speaker to Decide on the Resignations of the 13 INC MLAs and the 3 JDS MLAs since the Earlier INC Speaker of the Assembly had Not decided on the Request for the Resignations to be Accepted.


The Supreme Court will Direct the Karnataka Assembly Speaker Kageri Vishweshwar Hegde to Decide on the Resignations of the 13 INC MLAs and the 3 JDS MLAs after Meeting them. 


SPEAKER WILL DESIGNATE 16 INC-JDS MLAs AS INDEPENDENTS


The Speaker will meet all the 16 MLAs, who have been reinstated as MLAs, by the Supreme Court.


The Speaker will enquire if the  13 INC MLAs and the 3 JDS MLAs, still want to Resign from the Assembly.


INC & JDS HAD EXPELLED FROM PARTY 16 MLAs


The INC has Expelled from the INC Party the 13 INC MLAs who had Resigned their Assembly Seats.


The JDS has Expelled from the JDS Party the 03 INC MLAs who had Resigned their Assembly Seats.


The Speaker will ask the 13 INC MLAs and the 3 JDS MLAs, to tell him if they want their Resignations to be accepted Now, after the Supreme Court has Cancelled the Unconstitutional Disqualification of the 17 MLAs, done by the previous INC Speaker of the Assembly.


The 13 INC MLAs and the 3 JDS MLAs totaling 16 MLAs, will tell the Speaker that they do not want to Resign from the Assembly Now and would want to continue in the Assembly.


The Speaker will Designate the 16 MLAs as Independent MLAs.


There will be NO By-Elections, since all the 16 MLAs who were Expelled by the INC and the JDS, will continue as the MLAs till MAY 2023 Assembly Elections.


BJP STRENGTH WILL RISE TO 133 IN 224 MLAs ASSEMBLY


The 16 MLAs who will be designated as the Independent MLAs by the Karnataka Assembly Speaker, will have to decide as to whether they should join the BJP OR continue in the Assembly as Independent MLAs.


14 of the 16 MLAs will join the BJP.


3 JDS MLAs will Join the BJP.


12 INC MLAs will Join the BJP.


1 INC MLA will continue as the Independent MLA but will support the BJP State Government.


The BJP Strength in the Assembly will Rise to the Comfortable Majority, after the INC and the JDS MLAs Reinstated as the MLAs by the Supreme Court join the BJP.


BJP WILL RISE TO 157 IN 224 MLAs KARNATAKA ASSEMBLY


The BJP Strength in the Karnataka 224 MLAs Assembly will Rise to 133 MLAs, after all the 16 INC-JDS MLAs Expelled from their Party Join the BJP.


The Prime Minister Narendra Modi Led BJP Strength in the Karnataka 224 MLAs Assembly will Rise from 133 MLAs to 157 MLAs, after the 24 JDS MLAs Break Away from the JDS in September 2019 and Join the BJP.

The Prime Minister Narendra Modi Led BJP with the Huge Majority in the Karnataka Assembly, after the 24 JDS and the 16 INC MLAs Join the BJP, will continue in the Karnataka Government till the Assembly Elections in MAY 2023 and there will Not be any Mid-Term Assembly Elections in Karnataka.
