SPEAKER IS WRONG TO DELAY ACCEPT OF MLAs RESIGN


16 MLAs have Resigned from the Karnataka Assembly since 1 July 2019. 


13 MLAs of the INC have Resigned from the Assembly.


3 MLAs of the JDS.


The 16 MLAs have personally met the Speaker and have voluntarily submitted their Resignations from the Assembly.


Each of the 16 MLAs has individually told the Speaker that they have resigned voluntarily, under no pressure from anyone and without taking any inducement.


The Speaker should have FORTHWITH (Instantly, Immediately, On the Same day) Accepted the Resignations of all the MLAs.


SPEAKER PERCEIVED AS CONNIVING WITH RULING COALITION


The Speaker has created the Public Perception that the Speaker is conniving with the Ruling Coalition of the INC and the JDS to endlessly Delay the Process of the Acceptance of the Resignation of the 16 MLAs.


The Karnataka People are Now perceiving that the Assembly Speaker is obviously in connivance with the Ruling Coalition, to allow the Ruling Coalition which has Lost the Majority in the Assembly, to continue in Government, in complete violation of the Constitution.


SUPREME COURT MUST ORDER SPEAKER TO ACCEPT MLAs RESIGNS IN 24 HOURS


The Supreme Court must Order the Speaker to Accept within 24 hours the Resignations of all the MLAs who have submitted their Resignations to the Speaker.


The Supreme Court must Order that, in all the States and the Union Territories,  the Speaker must accept within 24 hours, the Resignations of all the MLAs who personally submit their Resignations to the Speaker, in the Proper Format desired by the Speaker’s Office.


SUPREME COURT MUST STAY PARTY WHIP TO MLAs WHO HAVE RESIGNED


The Supreme Court must Order that the Party Whip cannot be issued to the MLAs who have Resigned from the Party and are waiting for the Speaker to Accept their Resignations.


No One must take Disciplinary Action against any Employee Or Functionary who has Resigned and gone away from the Company, Institution and the System.


SUPREME COURT MUST ORDER INDIA GOV TO BRING LAW TO MAKE SPEAKER IMPARTIAL


The Supreme Court must Order the Government of India to Make the Perfect Law on the Impartial and Speedy Functioning of the Speaker.


The Supreme Court must Order the Government of India to Make the Perfect Law to ensure that the Assembly Speaker quickly accepts the Resignations of the MPs and the MLAs within 24 hours of the submission of the Resignations.


SUPREME COURT MUST REMOVE RESIGN PROCESS OF MLAs FROM SPEAKER DUTY


The Supreme Court must Order the Government of India to Make the Perfect Law, to Remove from the Speaker’s Duties, the Submit of Resignations by the Legislators and the MPs and the acceptance of those Resignations.


The Supreme Court must Order the Government of India to Make the Perfect Law, to Make the MPs and Legislators wanting to Resign, to submit their Resignations to the Election Commission of India, and the ECI must be made Responsible to Accept within 24 hours, the Resignations of the Legislators and the MPs.

KARNATAKA ASSEMBLY SPEAKER MUST RESIGN


The Karnataka Assembly Speaker must STOP misusing the Office of the Speaker by doing the partisan political activity of the Party from which he was elected as the MLA and the Speaker.


The Karnataka Assembly Speaker must STOP shaming the Office of the Speaker by creating the perception that he is in connivance with the Ruling Coalition of Partys which has Lost the Majority in the Assembly.


The Karnataka Assembly Speaker must persue Partisan Politics by being in the Party Posts and Not by being in the Speaker’s Office.


The Karnataka Assembly Speaker must immediately Resign from the Office of the Speaker.

Supreme Court must today itself Order the Karnataka Assembly Speaker to Accept the 13 INC & the 3 JDS MLAs Resignations within 24 Hours, as the Video Footage shows that the MLAs to Resubmit their Resignations, were running to the Speakers Office as If they were running away from the engulfing Forest Fire, which is adequate proof of their Resignations being Voluntary and without any Bribe.
