GOVERNOR MUST ORDER MAJORITY TEST IN ASSEMBLY
The Karnataka Governor must now Order the Majority Test in the Assembly.
The Governor must NOW direct the JDS-INC Post-Poll Coalition Chief Minister H.D.Kumaraswamy to either prove his Majority within 3 Days in the Assembly OR Resign.
The JDS-INC Post-Poll Coalition Chief Minister H.D.Kumaraswamy will FAIL to prove his Majority in the Assembly as the JDS-INC does Not have the Majority.
The JDS-INC Post-Poll Coalition Chief Minister H.D.Kumaraswamy must Now either prove his Majority in the Assembly OR Resign.
KARNATAKA ASSEMBLY STRENGTH IN 2019
The Karnataka Assembly has the Total Strength of 224 MLAs.
The INC-JDS have 116 MLAs.
The BJP has 105 MLAs.
The BSP has 1 MLA.
The Independents are 2 MLAs.
BJP HAS MAJORITY AFTER JDS & INC MLAs RESIGNED
The Scenario has changed after the resignation by the INC and the JDS MLAs.
3 JDS MLAs have submitted their Resignations to the Speaker.
13 INC MLAs have submitted their Resignations to the Speaker.
On 9 July 2019 it is definite that 3 more INC MLAs will submit their Resignations to the Speaker.
BJP HAS MAJORITY AFTER INC & JDS MLAs RESIGN

So the Strength of the Karnataka Assembly is reduced from 224 to 208.
The Majority Figure in the Karnataka Assembly has therefore reduced from 113 to 105.
The JDS+INC Strength is Now reduced from 116 to 97 MLAs.
The JDS-INC Coalition has Lost the Majority in the Karnataka Assembly.
The BJP has 105 MLAs plus the support of 2 Independent MLAs thus increasing the BJP Strength to 107 MLAs.
The BJP with the support of 107 MLAs in the 208 MLAs Karnataka Assembly, has the Majority.
The BJP must therefore be given the Karnataka Government to replace the INC-JDS Government.
SPEAKER CREDIBILITY ON TEST
The Credibility of the Karnataka Assembly Speaker is ON TEST Now, on 9 July 2019 when he must decide to accept the resignation of the INC and the JDS MLAs who have Resigned Voluntarily.
The Speaker has to Decide to either be Impartial in Decision Making OR be Loyal to the INC and Lose all Credibility.
SPEAKER WILL DECIDE ON 9 JULY ON RESIGN OF MLAs
The Speaker will on 9 July 2019 decide on the acceptance of the Resignations, by directing all the MLAs who have Resigned to personally meet him to confirm that they have Resigned voluntarily without any Pressure from anyone.
The Speaker will accept the Resignations after meeting Each of the MLAs individually.
The Speaker can accept all the Resignations by 12 July 2019, IF the Speaker performs sincerely as per the Constitution.
The Speaker’s Credibility will be applauded by all, If he accepts the Resignations of the JDS and the INC MLAs who have Resigned Voluntarily.
SPEAKER LOSES CREDIBILITY BY DELAYING DECISION
The Speaker can delay the process of the Acceptance of the Resignation of the MLAs, endlessly, for months, If the Speaker behaves as the Slave of the INC.
The Speaker’s Credibility will be determined by his performance in quickly accepting the resignation of the MLAs.
MLAs WILL ABSTAIN FROM VOTING, IF SPEAKER IS LOYAL TO INC
The MLAs who have Resigned from the Assembly, can abstain from voting, If the Speaker, (instead of being Loyal to the Constitution decides to be Loyal to the INC), does Not accept the Resignations of the MLAs, before the Vote of Confidence Test by the Chief Minister H.D.Kumaraswamy.
The MLAs can state that since they have Resigned, the Party Whip does Not Apply to them.
The MLAs can state that since they have Resigned, they will NOT vote in the Assembly.
The MLAs will refuse to accept the Speaker’s Decision of Not accepting their Resignations.
MLAs WILL MOVE HIGH COURT AGAINST SPEAKER
The MLAs can state that since they have Resigned, IF the Speaker is Partisan to favour the INC and does Not accept their Resignations, then they will approach the High Court.
The Court will Rule against the Speaker, IF he refuses to Accept the resignation of the MLAs who Resigned Voluntarily.
GOVERNOR MUST ORDER ASSEMBLY MAJORITY TEST
The Governor must Direct the Chief Minister H.D.Kumaraswamy to Prove his Majority in the Assembly by moving the Motion of the Vote of Confidence in the Assembly on 12 July 2019.
The Chief Minister H.D.Kumaraswamy will LOSE the Confidence Vote in the Assembly.
The Chief Minister H.D.Kumaraswamy has to decide to either Resign disgracefully after being defeated in the Assembly
OR Resign gracefully before the Assembly is convened on 12 July 2019.

KARNATAKA CHIEF MINISTER WILL RESIGN BY 12 JULY
The JDS-INC Coalition will Lose the Majority in the Assembly, IF the INC FAILS by 9 July 2019, to persuade he 16 INC MLAs who have Resigned to withdraw their Resignations and continue as the INC MLAs.
The Chief Minister H.D.Kumaraswamy might Resign before the Assembly is convened, IF the INC FAILS to woo back the MLAs who have Resigned.

The Governor will accept the Resignation of the JDS Chief Minister H.D.Kumaraswami, after he Loses the Majority in the Assembly and Resigns.
The Governor after accepting the Resignation of the JDS Chief Minister H.D.Kumaraswami, will invite the BJP to form the Government.
The Governor will direct the BJP Chief Minister to prove his Majority in the Assembly within a Week OR 7 Days of being Sworn-In as the Chief Minister.
The Governor will Dissolve the Assembly to facilitate the Fresh Elections, if the BJP Chief Minister FAILS to prove the Majority in the Assembly.
BJP WILL ELECT CHIEF MINISTER AFTER JDS CM RESIGN
The BJP MLAs will Elect the Leader of the BJP Legislature Party.
The Governor will Swear-In as the Chief Minister, the Person elected by the BJP MLAs as the Leader of the BJP Legislature Party.
YEDDYURAPPA OR SURPRISE PICK AS CHIEF MINISTER
B.S.Yeddyurappa is Now the Leader of the BJP Legislature Party.
B.S.Yeddyurappa will be Sworn-In as the Chief Minister, IF the BJP decides Not to Replace him with another BJP MLA as the SURPRISE PICK to be the Chief Minister.
BJP GOVERNMENT FORMATION IN 3 STAGES
The BJP will complete the Government Formation in THREE Stages.
In the First Stage, the BJP Chief Minister will be Sworn-In Alone, without any Ministers.
The BJP Chief Minister will Prove his Majority in the Assembly within 3 Days.
The BJP Chief Minister will win the Vote of Confidence in the Assembly.
The BJP Chief Minister, One Week after winning the Vote of Confidence, in the Second Stage of Government Formation, will Expand the Cabinet.
The BJP Can Induct 32 Ministers.
The BJP Chief Minister in the SECOND STAGE of Government Formation, is likely to Induct 20 Ministers all belonging to the BJP.
The INC and the JDS MLAs who Resigned their Seats, will Join the BJP.
The BJP will Field All the INC and the JDS MLAs who Resigned their Seats and joined the BJP, as the BJP Candidates in the Assembly By-Polls to be held in January 2019.
The BJP will win all the By-Elections.
Some of the MLAs who will the By-Elections will be inducted as the Ministers in the BJP Government, in the THIRD STAGE of Government Formation, after the By-Elections Results in January 2020.
