NAGALAND ELECTIONS SCENE IN 2018

Nagaland Electoral Scene is Not dominated by any One Single Political Party, as No Party has the viability, to win the Majority on its own.

Nagaland Assembly Elections will be essentially a Triangular Contest involving 6 Political Forces in Three Alliances.

NAGALAND FORCE ONE: PM MODI LED BJP

Prime Minister Narendra Modi Led BJP will NOT win the Majority on its own in the Baptist Christian Majority State of Nagaland.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi Led BJP will Capture the Nagaland Government after the 3 March 2018 Assembly Elections Results.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi Led BJP will Capture the Nagaland Government, through a Post-Poll Coalition with a Baptist Christian Regional Party, the NDPP Or the NPF.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi Led BJP will have enough MLAs in the 60 MLAs Nagaland Assembly, to Capture the Government, by participating in the Post-Poll Coalition Government, by teaming with the Regional Party which will win the maximum Seats.

NAGALAND FORCE TWO: NEIPHIU RIO LED NDPP

Nagaland’s Former Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio who is the Lok Sabha MP from Nagaland, will lead the new Regional Party named as the NDPP: Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party.

The NDPP consists of Retired Officials from the Nagaland Government, who have swallowed crores of funds from the Government Coffers.

Neiphiu Rio was the Chief Minister from 2003 to 2014.

Neiphiu Rio got bored after being Chief Minister for 11 years.

Neiphiu Rio as the serving Chief Minister contested the 2014 Lok Sabha Elections and became the MP.

Neiphiu Rio resigned as the Chief Minister IN May 2014.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi did Not make Neiphiu Rio a Minister, inspite of his insistent repeated requests.

Shurhozelie Liezietsu was the Chief Minister of Nagaland after T.R.Zeliang was toppled by a Revolt led by the NPF Lok Sabha MP and the NPF Former Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio in connivance with the Majority of MLAs in the NPF.

Shurhozelie Liezietsu was toppled by T.R.Zeliang.

T.R.Zeliang after becoming the Chief Minister again, compromised with Shurhozelie Liezietsu by making him the NPF Party President.

Chief Minister T.R.Zeliang and the NPF Party President Shurhozelie Liezietsu have buried their differences and are united against the Lok Sabha MP and the former NPF Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio.

Chief Minister T.R.Zeliang and the NPF Party President Shurhozelie Liezietsu do Not want the the former NPF Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio to ever become the Chief Minister.

Congress Party is perceived to be Pro-Catholic by the Christian Baptists in Nagaland

The Christian Baptists are 75% of the Christian Population in Nagaland, which has a Christian Population of 88%.

The Congress Party does Not have the viability to win a Single Seat in the 2018 Assembly Elections in Nagaland.

The Congress Party controlled the Nagaland State Government, until it Lost in the 2003 Assembly Elections to the Nagaland Peoples Front Led by Neiphiu Rio.

The Congress Party won 8 of the 60 MLA Seats in the 2013 Assembly Elections.

All the 8 MLAs of the Congress Party have merged into the NPF led by T.R.Zeliang.

The Congress Party has NO MLA in Nagaland, NOW.
