JORDAN HAILS MODI AS GLOBE LEADER

Prime Minister Narendra Modi was received heartily in the Celebratory Reception at the Jordan’s Queen Alia International Airport, in Amman.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi was welcomed by Acting Prime Minister Mamdouh Abbadi, Minister of State for Investment Affairs Muhannad Shehadeh, Amman Mayor Yousef Shawarbeh, the Indian Ambassador in Amman and a number of civic and military officials.

Jordan’s Indian Community Representatives of Indians Living and working in greeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the Amman Airport.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi  held Talks with the Jordan King on all Matters of mutual interest betyween India and Jordan.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi  discussed with the Jordan King, the Palestinian cause, Jordan’s role in protecting Islamic and Christian holy sites in Jerusalem, based on the Hashemite custodianship over the holy shrine and several Bilateral Matters.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi thanked the Jordan King.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Two Tweets Posted in Arabic and English said that: “I Landed in Amman. I thank His Majesty King Abdullah II of Jordan for facilitating the transit.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that: I Had a wonderful meeting with His Majesty King Abdullah II of Jordan. Our discussions today will give great strength to India-Jordan bilateral relations.”



PM MODI VISIT TO PALESTINE ON 10 FEB 2018

Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached Ramalah the Capital City of Palestine at 10:10 am local time (1.30 pm IST).


The Prime Minister Narendra Modi, on reaching Ramallah, layed a wreath at the Mausoleum of late President Yasser Arafat.


The Prime Minister Narendra Modi was accompanied by the Palestine Prime Minister Rami Hamdallah.


The Prime Minister Narendra Modi took a short tour, accompanied by Prime Minister Rami Hamdallah, of the Yasser Arafat Museum located adjacent to the Mausoleum. 


The Prime Minister Narendra Modi who is on his maiden trip to Palestine was received by the Palestine President Mahmoud Abbas at the Heliport, as Palestine has NO Airport.


The Prime Minister Narendra Modi was given the Ceremonial Guard of Honour on his arrival at the Ramalah Heliport.


The Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hold meetings and exchange agreements with ministers in Ramallah on 10 February 2018.


The Prime Minister Narendra Modi will Fly for his second leg of the trip to Abu Dhabi at 01.10 pm (local time) from the Queen Alia Airport in Amman, in Jordan.

 

The Prime Minister Narendra Modi will reach Abu Dhabi at 8.00 pm (IST), where he will be given a ceremonial reception.

 

The Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hold the formal meeting with the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan at the Presidential Palace.
